Elaine Walker has more than 25 years experience designing and implementing global HR programs that marry strategy with execution as a result of her background in industry, consulting, and academia.
Through Elaine Walker HR, her focus is to implement effective organizational development programs such as Executive Coaching, performance management, and employee development programs. Currently Elaine is a Senior Lecturer at Bentley University, and the Director of HR Concentration where she develops the next generation of HR leaders. She is also the Founder of Career Launch Consulting, which guides students through the transition from senior year to their first professional position.
Elaine is an Adjunct Faculty with Northeastern University where she teaches graduate courses in workforce analytics and improving employee engagement. She has also served as a guest lecturer at The American National University in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
She is a Certified Compensation Consultant with the WorldatWork, is certified in DISC and holds a Bachelors is Psychology from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Marketing from Eastern Michigan University.
